Tony Jeffries demonstrates shadowboxing, for beginners and up
JUST about every boxer out there does shadowboxing. You can do it just about anywhere, including within the comfort of your own home.
The reasons why they do it include the following:
1. It’s a great extension to warm up the specific muscles you will use in that boxing session.
